We're looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to own and evolve our customer lifecycle marketing strategy, with a sharp focus on product adoption, usage and long-term retention. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, GTM, product and data, and requires strong analytical skills and experience in building automated customer journeys.
Requirements
- Experience in retention, lifecycle or CRM marketing, ideally in a B2B or subscription-based environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
- Hands-on experience building automated journeys
- Confidence working with product usage data
- Experience partnering with Product or Customer Success teams
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing
- Understanding of customer economics (LTV, churn, cohort analysis)
- Experience of project management of marketing activities
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across different teams with excellent communication
