Superintendent

Role Overview

The Superintendent will plan construction work and provide oversight of the daily operations performed onsite for environmental remediation and earthwork construction projects. The ideal candidate will be located in the Gallup, NM area.

What You Will Do

Supervise the crew onsite, manage the execution of soil and earthwork construction, and ensure compliance with safety plans and company policies. Evaluate the competencies of craft employees, monitor performance levels, and generate daily reports.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of construction experience, including 5 years of direct field supervision, and a strong understanding of safety related to earth moving construction equipment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience
• 5 years of direct field supervision
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a construction environment with exposure to dust, noise, and inclement weather
