Senior Product Owner

RemoFirst is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead a core product line from idea to execution, work directly with leadership on initiatives that shape the future of global employment, and drive high-level priorities and company-wide outcomes.

Requirements

• Product leader with at least 7+ years of total professional experience, including 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Worked in fast-paced tech environments
• Ability to lead products from 0 to 1, owning business outcomes, UX and engineering quality
• Ability to inspire and drive cross-functional alignment
• Strong UX intuition and a passion for clean, simple, effective user experiences
• Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize with clarity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
