Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, account management, bookings coordination, or client services

- Ability to identify upselling opportunities and deliver consultative sales conversations
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM systems or job management platforms (ServiceM8 experience is advantageous)
- Professional confidence communicating with property professionals and business clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage scheduling changes calmly
- Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional networking and client engagement
