Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and solutions-driven Customer Experience Coordinator to join a UK-based company on a fully remote basis.
Requirements
- Based in South Africa with a valid ID or passport
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- A friendly, patient, and empathetic communication style
- Comfortable working with email, live chat platforms, and CRM tools
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace
Benefits
