Customer Success Coordinator

We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to support a UK-based employer, helping to onboard new customers and ramp up to full-time support. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Requirements

• Confidence using tools such as CRM software and helpdesk systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
