Job Description
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior executive in a fully remote environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, EA, or in a similar support role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively with minimal direction
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy in handling sensitive information
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration or similar is advantageous
