Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for international roles across multiple sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with UK-based and global organisations.
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pools.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and manage the offer process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand role requirements, cultural fit, and long-term hiring goals.
- Negotiate terms with clients and candidates in line with company guidelines.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance and placement targets.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's ATS and CRM systems.
- Provide market insight and strategic hiring advice to clients.
