Requirements
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts to engage senior decision-makers across the U.S.
- Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business leads.
- Identify client needs and present tailored staffing and advisory solutions.
- Work closely with recruitment consultants and leadership to align on campaign strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and progress within the CRM.
- Attend team meetings and strategy sessions aligned with U.S. (Austin, Texas) business hours.
