Manager, Talent Acquisition

Requirements

• Proven experience in a GTM recruiting function at a tech start-up or high scaling start-up
• Hands-on experience with reporting on hiring metrics and pipelines
• Experience in driving data-driven hiring strategies and using predictive analytics
• Proven innovator with experience experimenting and driving new initiatives
• Solid track record in results and moving at a pace to meet the company scaling needs
• Aligned to Remote's values and a keen interest in finding the best talent in the world
• Ambitious and intentional about diversity and inclusion
• High sense of urgency, accuracy with the ability to recognise, take on and/or delegate priorities
• Experience in managing all-remote or geographically distributed teams (a plus)
• Writes and speaks fluent English
