Requirements
- Proven experience in a GTM recruiting function at a tech start-up or high scaling start-up
- Hands-on experience with reporting on hiring metrics and pipelines
- Experience in driving data-driven hiring strategies and using predictive analytics
- Proven innovator with experience experimenting and driving new initiatives
- Solid track record in results and moving at a pace to meet the company scaling needs
- Aligned to Remote's values and a keen interest in finding the best talent in the world
- Ambitious and intentional about diversity and inclusion
- High sense of urgency, accuracy with the ability to recognise, take on and/or delegate priorities
- Experience in managing all-remote or geographically distributed teams (a plus)
- Writes and speaks fluent English
