Requirements
- Proven experience in a GTM recruiting function at a tech start-up or high scaling start-up
- Hands-on experience with reporting on hiring metrics and pipelines
- Experience in driving data-driven hiring strategies and using predictive analytics
- Solid track record in results and moving at a pace to meet the company scaling needs
