Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager will take ownership of strategic partnerships, drive joint commercial success metrics, and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
Requirements
- Experience managing strategic partner or customer relationships
- Track record of growing acquisition, retention, and ARR for portfolios worth $Ms
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS partnership and integration models
- Knowledge of the HR tech ecosystem, familiarity with EOR and Global Payroll products
- Distinctive problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and in many functions
- Experience working autonomously to navigate complexity and deliver clarity
- Restless curiosity and deep empathy
- Concise and precise written and verbal communications
