Requirements

• Experience managing strategic partner or customer relationships
• Track record of growing acquisition, retention and ARR for portfolios worth $Ms
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS partnership and integration models, including APIs, SDKs and referrals
• Knowledge of the HR tech ecosystem, familiarity with EOR and Global Payroll products
• Distinctive problem-solving and prioritisation skills
• Ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels and in many functions, internally and externally
• Experience working autonomously to navigate complexity and deliver clarity in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous environment
• Restless curiosity and deep empathy
• Concise and precise written and verbal communications; fluent English
