The Customer Support Specialist will provide top-notch support to clients' customers via phone, email, and/or chat, troubleshooting product and service issues and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Must be highly motivated and have a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
