Job Description
Remote is seeking an Account Executive focused on the DACH region for the Next Talent Opportunity program. This is a hybrid role focused on full-cycle sales, with a pay-as-you-go framework driven by sales success. Requirements
- Fluent level of German and English
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
- Ability to confidently make cold calls
- Ability to build trust with a client
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong customer service skills
