Legal Counsel, Procurement

We are seeking an exceptionally intelligent and commercially-minded Legal Counsel to join our team. This role requires a sharp legal mind with extensive experience in commercial law, particularly in negotiating and reviewing complex vendor agreements.

Requirements

• Rigorous legal training at a reputable law firm and best practices
• Significant experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating vendor agreements, SaaS contracts, and other commercial contracts
• Understand business objectives and can provide practical, business-oriented legal advice that balances risk with opportunity
• Quickly grasps complex issues, identify risks, and propose creative solutions
• Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities
• Writes and speaks fluent English
