The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating vendor agreements and SaaS contracts, as well as providing practical, business-oriented legal advice. The role requires a sharp legal mind and the ability to balance risk with opportunity.

Requirements

• Rigorous legal training at a reputable law firm and best practices
• Significant experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating vendor agreements, SaaS contracts, and other commercial contracts
• Understand business objectives and can provide practical, business-oriented legal advice that balances risk with opportunity
• Quickly grasps complex issues, identify risks, and propose creative solutions
• Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities
• Writes and speaks fluent English
• Ability to stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial contracts in multiple jurisdictions
