Managing Counsel, Commercial - Partnerships

We are looking for a seasoned and business-oriented commercial lawyer to join our team as Managing Counsel - Partnerships. As a senior individual contributor, you will support our global partnership deals and provide critical support for the EMEA sales team. You will be part of the Employment, Product and Commercial Legal sub-team.

Requirements

• Partnership and embedded/reseller/channel agreement experience
• Expertise in supporting commercial transactions
• Prior HR Tech industry experience or familiarity with bespoke HR services agreements
• Solid commercial drafting skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Sharp commercial instincts and strategic thinking
• Strong working knowledge of data protection laws
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong capacity to work independently and collaboratively
• Outstanding ability to build trusted relationships
• A healthy dose of humor and humility
