Managing Counsel, Product

We are looking for a Managing Counsel, Product to join our Legal team. The role will involve providing legal support to our Product, Engineering, Privacy, and Security teams, with a focus on HRIS and AI/ML features.

Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer with extensive experience in Product counseling
• Product Counsel Experience in technology, with prior HR-tech exposure
• Strong command of emerging AI frameworks and their interplay with data protection and employment transparency rules
• In-house Experience: Bonus - In-house legal experience preferred
• Startup Experience: Bonus - Experience in fast-paced start-up
• Tech Passion: Passionate about tech and HR tech products
• Skills: Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Language: Writes and speaks fluent English
• Tools: Tech-savvy with Slack, Juro, Notion, Google Drive, or equivalent
