Senior Mobility Specialist - Germany

Senior Mobility Specialist will monitor assigned cases, provide guidance on travel needs and immigration processes, and serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases. The role will also involve taking ownership of senior-level escalations, assisting leadership in project management, and mentoring and supporting Mobility Specialists and Coordinators. The position requires extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles in immigration, and an in-depth understanding of immigration and typical processes involved in immigration compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles in immigration
• An in-depth understanding of immigration and typical processes involved in immigration compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth and scaling environment is ideal
• Writes and speaks fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience working remotely is a plus
