Senior Mobility Specialist - Germany

Senior Mobility Specialist role in the Mobility team at Remote, a global HR platform, requiring extensive experience in immigration compliance and global mobility. The role involves monitoring cases, providing guidance on immigration processes, and counseling on business travel and sponsorship cases. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of immigration law and be able to independently maintain and monitor immigration compliance with regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles in immigration.
• An in-depth understanding of immigration and typical processes involved in immigration compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth and scaling environment is ideal.
• Writes and speaks fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
