Requirements
- Individual contributor designer with exemplary experience designing, evolving and innovating user interfaces.
- Ability to empathize with enterprise users and apply user-centered design techniques to strengthen design solutions at scale.
- Impeccable portfolio of product design work with substantial evidence of ability to think in holistic, scalable systems and masterful understanding of visual and interaction design fundamentals.
- Masterful communication skills with ability to build strong narratives around design work, provide direction and guidance to others, and collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders.
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions for industries like HRTech, FinTech, etc.
- Champion of consistency and systematic building, but also able to prioritize innovation.
