We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Growth team, focusing on building, scaling, and optimizing lead generation across multiple channels.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in lead generation, growth, or outbound roles.
- Experience generating leads for B2B tech or services companies selling to startups and mid-sized businesses.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel lead generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and outbound sales workflows.
- Clear understanding of how leads move from first touch to close.
- Strong content writing skills, especially for outbound messages, LinkedIn content, and sales collateral.
- Experience using lead gen and CRM tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HeyReach, SmartLead, or similar.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize based on results.
