General Manager – High volume restaurant

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced General Manager to join a well-known casual dining restaurant in Central London. The role requires someone who will have a very hands-on approach to the business, able to look after a large team with a high focus on revenue.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role and environment for at least 4 years
• Immaculately presented and well spoken
• Natural leader with a problem-solving attitude
• Commercially astute
• Financially focused, with ability to increase sales
• Experienced in running high volume sites
• Able to develop and motivate the team
• Great communicator
