We're looking for an ambitious, team-focused, charismatic General Manager to take over the venue and help push it to the next stage of success. The role includes a competitive salary of up to £40k, a generous profit share bonus, and a positive, welcoming work environment.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience at General Management level in a busy, high volume, quality-focused venue
• Confident of being fully accountable for a business with total ownership of P&L
• Experienced in team-building and positive people management
