Job Description
We are looking to recruit a professional and passionate Senior Sommelier for this wonderful Michelin star Restaurant in London City. The ideal candidate will be working within the role from at least 2 years in 5 Star Property, 3AA or in Michelin Star Operation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in 5 Star Hotel or Michelin Star operation
- Ability to advise guests on wine pairings and provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of wine and ability to create drink lists and manage stock
