Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a passionate Senior Sous Chef to join a Michelin-standard restaurant in Central London. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a high-end fine dining environment and be able to develop new menus alongside the Head Chef and Executive.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a Michelin-standard or high-end fine dining environment
- Experience with fresh and seasonal produce
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain high food quality and production standards
- Effective control of stock purchasing, receipt, storage, preparation, and service
