We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef for this busy high volume fresh food restaurant in Maidenhead. As sous chef you will be highly organised and have experience in a high volume operation. You will work closely with the head chef in recruiting, training and motivating the team in delivering excellent service throughout the operation.
