Fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in a busy high volume restaurant in Berkshire. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to lead the team, recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of GP, health & safety, and stock control.
