Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated National Director of Sales to drive new business and expand our customer base. This role is crucial in identifying and engaging prospective clients, delivering compelling sales pitches, and managing the full sales cycle.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, real estate technology, or multifamily housing solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing complex, high-value deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence executive decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage sales activities and pipeline forecasts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong problem-solving skills.
