Requirements
- 5+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors
- Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Enclosed trailer or truck equipped to transport windows and tools to perform window/door installations
- LLC/EIN #
- Fully insured with liability, auto, and workers’ compensation insurance
- EPA/Lead certification
- Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty and lift up to 90 lbs. without help
- High degree of organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Benefits
- Average pay for a 2-3 man crew $250,000-$300,000 per year, paid weekly
- Sign on bonus of $1500
- Year-round work
- Job materials and dumpsters are provided to complete the installation at no cost
