Windows Software Engineer

Requirements

• Developing and delivering high quality software on Windows
• Experience with C# and WPF applications
• Ability to focus on details while understanding the importance of timely updates
• Understanding of the balance between refactor now vs. refactor later
• Consistently seeking to learn and develop both personally and professionally
• Experience interfacing C# with native languages like C/C++
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Taking ownership of projects, working with loosely defined specs, and driving towards results
• Experience measuring and optimizing the performance of Windows applications
• Familiarity with video and audio libraries and OpenGL/DirectX rendering
