People Operations Specialist

Rent the Runway is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support critical people operations initiatives from onboarding to offboarding. The role will involve supporting various people systems, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions, and providing training and support to HR staff and employees.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
• Ability to analyze data and use it to inform actions and processes
• Strong project management skills and ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
