Job Description
We are seeking an HR Systems Support Analyst to provide technical and functional administration for a suite of HR systems, including Workday and specialised HR systems like CornerStone, OnDemand and Career+. The role will involve managing the ServiceNow queue, troubleshooting core HCM queries and requests, and contributing to initiatives that improve the employee and HR experience.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Workday Functional Administration
- 2+ years experience managing service requests via ServiceNow (or similar ticketing tools) and an understanding of Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
- Familiarity with the Workday Security model, including role-based assignments and troubleshooting access issues
