Job Description
As an HR Systems Analyst, you'll take the lead in evolving our HR technology, managing our HR and Payroll system, and driving technical issues to a high-standard conclusion. You'll need to be a technical expert, a problem-solver, and a communicator who can translate system-speak into plain English. You'll work closely with stakeholders across HR and IT to ensure our system remains healthy and efficient.
Requirements
- A proven track record of configuring HR or Payroll systems
- A solid understanding of how data is organised, stored and moved
- A natural perfectionist when it comes to data accuracy
