Rentokil PCI is hiring an Operations Executive in Thane, Maharashtra, India. The Operations Executive will be responsible for operations related actions, providing qualified technicians, and improving service quality and customer retention.

Requirements

• Ensure availability of qualified technicians
• Coach and train technicians
• Ensure availability of materials and service tools
• Conduct daily 10 min stand up meeting
• Ensure SCP devices are effectively used by technicians
• Implement and Compliance of service SOP, SHE golden rules, ATEX and PINK NOTE
