Accounts Payable Specialist

Rentvine is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and support accurate financial reporting. This role involves ensuring vendors are paid correctly and on schedule while maintaining clean and reliable accounting records.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting role
• Experience working in NetSuite and using Ramp or a similar platform
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage recurring deadlines
