
Job description
Drive sales execution across a multi-state territory through collaboration with Territory Managers to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets for the Upstream product portfolio. Promote and sell a portfolio of upstream process solutions, clearly articulating product differentiation and value proposition within the context of customer bioprocessing workflows.
Develop and execute a regional business plan in partnership with the Regional Sales Director and VP of Sales Development, aligning commercial strategy with growth priorities. Lead commercial negotiations with technical, procurement, and planning stakeholders to secure business and expand account penetration.
A minimum of a BSc degree in a relevant scientific discipline. 5–10+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with strong expertise in upstream processing. Broad understanding of the end-to-end bioprocessing workflow is essential.
