Corporate Paralegal – Litigation & Regulatory (In-House)

Reprise Financial is a financial technology company that provides personal loans to customers. They are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support their litigation and regulatory efforts. The role will involve providing support to in-house counsel, compliance leaders, and external counsel on litigation matters, regulatory filings, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of paralegal experience and a strong understanding of federal and state court rules and eDiscovery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field
• 4-5 years of paralegal experience
• Working knowledge of federal and state court rules and basic eDiscovery processes
• Familiarity with consumer finance or other regulated industry frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and take direction from attorneys and senior team members
