Job Description
Repsol is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to coordinate technical aspects of project deliverables, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure timely completion. The role is based in Downtown Houston, Texas, and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in large-scale wind, solar, and BESS project development and execution
- Practical knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, NESC, NFPA, API, NEMA, IEEE/ANSI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively across multiple projects
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision, taking ownership of results
- Willingness to travel to job sites as required
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not provided)
- PE License with an NCEES record
