Operations Manager Hauling

Operations Manager - Hauling position responsible for managing collections activities for commercial, industrial, and residential customers, as well as container delivery and pick-up. Oversees a team of operations staff and implements plans to complement the business unit's strategic and operating plan.

Requirements

• Manages a staff, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management
• Develops supervisory goals and objectives
• Ensures maximum productivity and route management systems
• Interacts with customers and government employees to resolve service concerns
• Oversees effective safety and accident prevention programs
• Leads operations to ensure compliance with all standards
