Business Development Representative

rePurpose Global is a VC-backed tech startup dedicated to driving sustainable innovation in the packaging industry. We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our high-performing Sales team and own top-of-funnel pipeline generation by engaging inbound and outbound prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business
• 1-3 years of SaaS/Start Up experience in a Sales function (inclusive of internship experience)
• Proven track record in generating qualified leads through a mix of inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting
• Clear, confident communicator across email and phone with the ability to build quick rapport
• Highly organized and disciplined in prioritizing outreach, follow-ups, and tasks to keep the pipeline moving
