The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience with qualitative custom primary market research projects and expertise in qualitative market research methodologies. As a director, you will oversee projects and project teams, engage in business development and sales initiatives, and write proposals to win new business.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience with qualitative custom primary market research projects
• Experience in the life sciences sector
• Extensive expertise in qualitative market research methodologies, including advanced moderation techniques
• Proven ability to mentor and develop both junior and senior team members
• Strong client engagement and relationship management skills
• Proven project supervision skills
• Appreciation of marketing/client-side issues, knowledge and understanding of client issues
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines
