The role involves overseeing projects, running a management team, and participating in business development and sales initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience with qualitative custom primary market research projects
• Experience in the life sciences sector
• Extensive expertise in qualitative market research methodologies
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
• Strong client engagement and relationship management skills
• Proven project supervision skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines
