Job Description
This role is part of a brand-new IT team for Enterprise Release Management, reporting to the Enterprise Release Manager in the IT Operational Services department. The Enterprise Release Coordinator will liaise and work closely with the release stakeholders (both IT and business) across the enterprise. Plan and manage all aspects of the enterprise release lifecycle, including scheduling, coordination, communication, and governance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Release Coordinator experience
- Worked in a complex environment with both software and hardware releases
- Some experience setting up Release Management process (nice to have)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solver
