Job Description
This role is part of the Enterprise Release Management team and specialises in the management and implementation of the UNITE Releases. The role requires extensive planning to develop and manage the scope for the UNITE Releases' working with UNITE command, multiple TSP project teams, support teams and partners to deliver a successful Release in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Release Management in software development lifecycle
- Experience in multiple project implementation management, including task sequencing, dependency management and resource coordination
- Stakeholder engagement experience of up to GM level
- Experience with ServiceNow Change management process
- Working knowledge of Solution Engineering Life Cyle (SELC)
- Working knowledge of Aile Execution Framework (AEF)
- Familiar with ERM procedures and Governance
