Job Description
This role is responsible for managing critical infrastructure, facilities operations and the workplace experience. The Facilities Management Lead will deliver safe, sustainable and efficient property and facilities services, ensuring operational availability and compliance while supporting the Bank's core business.
Requirements
- Over 10 years' experience in Facilities and Building Services
- Practical knowledge and experience in Facilities, Building Services, Business continuity
- Strong understanding of contract management and technical building systems
- Proven experience in property and facilities management within a manufacturing environment
- Experience using relevant software applications, spreadsheets and databases
- Demonstrated capability in procurement, drafting contracts and managing service providers
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills
