Job Description
We are looking for a forward-thinking quality leader to join our Change Delivery team at the Reserve Bank of Australia. As a Test Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing test delivery for projects and initiatives that contribute to Banking’s strategic goals and service to the community.
Requirements
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into appropriate test strategies and plans.
- Manage test frameworks and plans by defining or advising on approach, structure, process, roadmaps, tools.
- Lead, guide and develop a team of testers to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Investigate industry developments in testing and assess their application to the Bank.
- Manage the development and maintenance of testing-related documentation and promote good knowledge management practices.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture within the project and testing community in BK.
