Job Description
Lead a team of testers to achieve strategic direction and future evolution of Enterprise Testing Services, including testing strategy, methodologies, standards, test automation, AI-enabled quality engineering, and capability uplift.
Requirements
- Contribute to the strategic direction of Enterprise Testing and Quality Engineering
- Ensure operational accountability and effectiveness across testing methodologies, standards, processes and tools
- Implement and evolve the Enterprise Test Maturity Roadmap
- Provide SDLC authority across IT and RBA
- Manage internal and external relationships
- Provide strategic advice in relation to business change, investment cases, frameworks and planning
- Lead, guide and develop individuals and teams to achieve agreed outcomes
