Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as flexibility to work various shifts, including overnights.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required, college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• One year of experience in a hotel front office or related field preferred (overnight auditing experience a plus).
• Computer proficiency required; experience with front office or property management systems preferred.
• Customer service experience strongly preferred.
